Grid Lines Print Skirt and Crop top

My love and passion for creativity always takes me to designing a few of the outfits I wear. Some of my favorites are this one and this one. It is always a fun exercise when I can engage my tailor in pieces that I cannot make myself. We learn from each other, and in the few years of knowing her, I feel that she has come to share my aesthetics and appreciate my ideas about my design process. And hopefully one day, I can sew to couture standards! I like to think of myself as an ‘art-director’ rather than a designer – After years of working with various professional designers, I understand the creative process, and I am far from getting there.
I am very proud of this outfit. It really is one of the favorites in my closet right now, and I am looking forward to wearing the two pieces as separates. Totally loving the gridlines: monochromatic edge! simple and fab. and when I saw this bangle, I had to get it for this outfit
