Valentine’s Day Outfit Inspiration – Bandage dress

Photography by PETER CACAH  @petercacah

When Pryde artz  offered to make me some custom pieces, I was giddy with excitement after seeing some of her work. I gave her free will to create whatever she liked, and sure enough she did not disappoint ! These earrings are my favorite yet.

Todays outfit is a red number. Someone yesterday said that if it’s not red, it’s not for valentine’s… I am not sure I agree

What are your thoughts about wearing red on Valentine’s day?

Style note

I find red lipstick to be naturally glamorous. Find a perfect shade and Invest in a timeless colour

For a matte red, I go for Nouba 46 or Nouba 7

For a glossy red, I love Russian red by MAC cosmetics

  2. i love the dress, different from what you usually wear. and the style tip section is a win

    1. It is slightly out of my comfort zone… bandage dresses generally are. But they are amazing body contours

  3. You look so great in that dress! You’re one hot mama alright. The jewelry is really nice too 🙂

    1. Thank you….

  7. I’m so used to bandage dresses that stop above the knee that this midi length one was like a breath of fresh air. And I love the red. Not that 100% agree with whoever said *if it isn’t red it isn’t valentine’s* but I never could resist adding something red every valentine, even if its just accessories or even a red lip. Speaking of, which of the 2 Nouba’s are you wearing (I’m discarding the MAC since this is a matte finish)?

    1. This is nouba 7. I like it better for the night as it is brighter. .. I normally wear 46 for day. Slightly darker…
