[su_dropcap style=”simple”]T[/su_dropcap]oday I am going to share a beauty secret with you that I have followed religiously for the past year. It costs nothing and it is one that helps me maintain my skin so beautifully soft and smooth.
I am just back from the beach, where I indulge in sun, sand and salty sea water when I am on the coast. And whenever I am there I take a little time to pamper myself with an invigorating sand scrub, which is so easy to do and leaves my skin radiant. I begin by taking a little wet sand in my hands and then rubbing myself with gentle but still firm circular motions, or maybe just straight up and down movements especially on my legs. I use it as a full body scrub three to four times a week. This is a perfectly natural, yet highly efficient, way to remove dead skin from the body, giving it a healthy glow. Its amazing how much softer and polished my skin feels, and I have found that over time it helps to remove my old scars and minimize stretch marks! To wrap up my scrub I take a dip in the warm ocean to wash off the sand and let the healthy sea water rinse my pores. The combined effect of sand and sea water is not only a wonderful way to slough away the dry skin, but the firm massage also contributes to improved circulation and overall well being. An easy and natural way to remove the layer of dead dry cells from the surface of my body, leaving skin that feels great, and soft to touch, So next time you are on a sandy beach, treat your body to this tropical scrub.
