I spent a quiet week in Belgium a few weeks ago, and specifically in Antwerpen also known as the diamond capital, as 80% of the world’s diamonds are cut and traded in this city. I saw a lot of diamonds and even got a chance to visit the newly opened diamond museum; you can see all this on my instagram highlight reel.
A few days before I left Belgium, I hurriedly walked through the Antwerp central station to catch my train to another city, and I immediately knew I would be back here to shoot and take in the beauty of this impressive architectural masterpiece dubbed the “Railway Cathedral”. This is the main train station in this Belgian city and one of the most beautiful train stations in Europe.
I was lucky to collaborate with a local photographer Jonathan Ramael and here are some of the pictures we took.
